Rush Poker LAG Video
When I first tried out the full ring Rush Poker games at Full Tilt, I was bored. I kept thinking, “ugh, this sucks. There’s never any big pots.” It made me realize that everyone was playing too tight and too passive. With that being the case, I started playing really loose and really aggressive as I mentioned in my last post. Since doing so, I’ve been cleaning up. I decided to turn on the video tonight and record the first few hands of my session to give you an idea of exactly how loose and aggressive I’ve been getting away with. I decided not to have any commentary on the video like I normally do in the free poker videos at PokerTips and instead just focused on playing without trying to describe what I’m thinking which is something I’ve found can sometimes be a little counterproductive, especially when you’re playing tons of hands. The music is Royksopp from their album Junior. I think there’s a bit of a disparity between the audio and the video. I don’t know what made that happen and am not tech savvy enough to fix it. Sorry about that.
While I was writing this post, just played the following hand in a $10 rebuy on PokerStars. Aren’t people funny sometimes?

Nice, it is interesting to see you push the pot up with 24 os and then in turn slow play quads on the flop. What was your reluctance to push the pot up with quad A’s, the weak kicker? LOL Thanks for the insight into your strategyI have a better understanding of the game now that i see it in action
What are your updated impressions on Rush Poker now that both trackers support it? (it would still take many thousands of hands to have decent post-flop numbers, but it’s now easy to see who the nits and the LAGs are)
How many hands have you played so far? What’s the current BB/100? Has it been getting lower?
Thanks for your comment. I haven’t played any Rush Poker in the past couple weeks since tracker support went live, so I really can’t speak to how that might have changed the game. Regarding hands and bb/100 I’m not even sure actually as I haven’t been tracking it on PT. I guess I should import my hands now! =)
