RunPee
I just saw Inglourious Basterds which was chock-full of great, hilarious dialogue. It was probably my favorite release so far this year behind The Hurt Locker. But anyway, this entry is not about that, it’s about this amazing iPhone app called Run Pee. The premise of Run Pee is pretty simple: they tell you what point during the movie it’s best to go run and pee.
Best of all, you can read a short briefing of what’s going on in the movie while you’re relieving your bladder. This app will revolutionize movie going and make me buy so many more $6 colas that I otherwise would not have purchased for fear of missing a key part of the movie.
I bolted out of Inglourious Basterds tonight at the :38 mark as recommended by Run Pee. One other guy was right on my tail in the race against time to urinate. As we stood there doing our business, I inquired, “Run Pee?”
“Yup!”
He beat me back to the theater, though. I had to stop and get a refill on my large Coke Zero.
